The
owners are Michael Thomas (the gay one!) and Carma Williams.
Michael started the company in 1995 and Carma came aboard in
1998 and became a partner in 2003. JMC has experienced
rapid growth and as become one of Central Florida’s top 5 caterers
as listed by the Orlando Business Journal. |

JMC moved it’s
offices in 2004 to 627 Virginia Drive. The new facility
hosts offices and is the center for JMC’s culinary production.
JMC has plans for extensive growth in the future and looks forward
to working with the GLBT community.
