Orlando Gay Chorus Auditions for New Members
Auditions for Orlando Gay Chorus' upcoming holiday concert, "Twisted Tinsel" are being held on Wednesday, Aug 20, 6-7 pm & Saturday, Aug 23rd 11 am-1 pm.
The short private audition will consist of pitch matching, scale singing, and singing a simple familiar melody with the Artistic Director. To audition you do not need to prepare a piece of music. To set up an audition time please go to our website: www.orlandogaychorus.org
About the Chorus:
Here are some brief but helpful things to know upon joining the chorus:
- They rehearse every Wednesday evening from 7:00 to 10:00pm.
- They sing TTBB arrangements (Tenor 1 & 2, Baritone, Bass)
- Twisted Tinsel performance dates are December 13th and 14th.
- Yearly corporate dues are $40 and concert prep fees are $30 per concert (they have 3 concerts per year) |

AIDS Insurance Continuation Program
The AIDS Insurance Continuation Program (AICP) is a Department of Health program for Floridians who are HIV positive and need help paying their health insurance premiums. The program will pay up to $750 per month to an employer, COBRA administrator or insurance company. Group, COBRA, Family and Individual policies may qualify.
As funds allow, The AICP is open to those who meet ALL the following requirements:
Must be determined eligible to receive HIV/AIDS Patient Care Program Services and provide proof of eligibility at the time of application.
Must be HIV positive OR have a diagnosis of AIDS.
Must be currently covered by private health insurance.
Must be willing to sign all AICP forms.
