Complimentary One-Page Online Advertisement

All banner bar ads, display ads, and medallions may be click through / active links. If the advertiser does not currently have a web site or web page, GayOrlando.com will develop a basic online splash page on your behalf.

Complimentary Ad Production / Layout

Complimentary ad creation is available for initial lay out of each display opportunity in any given sponsorship package or advertising campaign. Advertiser must supply graphic elements and copy. Revisions are subject to customary production fees. Subsequent modification or redesign of advertising is billed in 15-minute increments at $85 per hour, minus any applicable production discounts in accordance with sponsorship purchased .

All client-provided advertising must adhere to format and size requirements listed under Advertisement Specifications (or on reverse side).

Advertising production work completed by GayOrlando.com will be submitted to the advertiser for proofreading/art approval. The advertiser should approve, or indicate corrections and return same to GayOrlando.com within 24 hours of receipt. If not returned within that time period, it will be assumed that the ad has been approved as submitted.

Multi-Month Sponsorships / Campaigns / Discounts

In order to qualify for multi-month discounts, the months in which the ads run must be successive, in accordance with the campaign purchased. By example, if a 3 month campaign is purchased to commence on September 1, the ads must run during the months of September, October, and November. Should the advertiser elect to run ads intermittently (September, November and January, for instance) discounting would not be available, and 3 charges for single month fees would apply.

Rate Protection

Advertisers are protected at their agreement rate throughout the term of their agreement regardless of any subsequent changes in advertising rates.

Cancellation of an Advertising Agreement prior to its completion will result in forfeiture of all discounts. The total due will be adjusted accordingly.

Additional savings for full payment at signing.

In addition to published multi-month discounts, GayOrlando.com offers an additional incentive discount (not applicable to business or real estate memberships) for pre-payment of full campaign or sponsorship, in minimum 3 month increments:

2.5% discount for contract pre-payment by credit card.

5 % discount for contract pre-payment by company check.
